Retail Catering offers convenient packages from your favorite campus dining locations, making it easy to fuel meetings, office lunches, student organization events, and more. Available to students, faculty, and staff, it's a simple way to feed a group without the hassle.
Retail Catering Policies
Food & Beverages
Catering orders will include all necessary utensils and condiments in quantities consistent with your order. Please note that many of our orders will be delivered in disposable packaging.
Ordering
We request that you submit all catering requests a minimum of three (3) business days in advance to ensure your order is fulfilled as intended. Cancellations must be made at least two (2) business days before the pickup or delivery date. While we will make every effort to accommodate last-minute orders, they are subject to each location’s product availability, and orders placed within 24 hours of the pickup or delivery date will have a $50 charge applied. Orders can be placed by email or phone using the contact information below or you can visit the retail locations in person to place your order.
Delivery/Pick-Up
To have your order delivered, please indicate delivery when placing your order, and provide us with a desired time of delivery, an address, and a contact phone number. For orders over $50, there is no additional charge for delivery on campus. For orders under $50, there is a $25 charge. If desired, catering orders may be picked up directly from the retail locations at a previously coordinated time at no additional charge.
Payment
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, FlexDine, ZotBucks & Cash. Prices do not include taxes and applicable fees. All pricing is subject to change.
