Java City is a hand-crafted specialty coffee roaster that started in 1985 where the company began hand roasting the world’s finest coffees in an old brick building in downtown Sacramento. Java City beans are carefully roasted using authentic Italian brick lined roasters that provide radiant heat, allowing a slower, longer roast.
